The Draft Programme for the Symposium is now available. The focus of the Symposium is on adapting, modifying and transferring lessons learned from successful Lean Projects within the broad Medical Device Industry into Healthcare. It is expected to be of interest to healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, therapists and managers, biomedical engineers, lean practitioners, process engineers, IT specialists and those who design work and new technologies.
