On behalf of the Organising committee of the Inaugural Conference on Natural and Constructed Wetlands (NCW2016), we have great pleasure in inviting you to Galway in the West of Ireland. Céad Míle Fáilte!
The National University of Ireland, Galway has a distinguished track record in research on natural and constructed wetlands. To celebrate this, we are pleased to host the inaugural conference on this topic. NCW2016 will include presentations from international experts in this area. We are particularly proud to announce the attendance of Prof Jan Vymazal (Czech University of Life Sciences, Prague) and Prof Matthijs Schouten (Wageningen University, The Netherlands), who will deliver keynote addresses. We encourage attendance from wetland scientists, ecologists, engineers, environmental managers, heritage officers, planning officers, policy makers, undergraduate and postgraduate students.
The conference promises to be a very stimulating international event, providing the opportunity to bring together experts from all over the world to exchange ideas, information and the most up to date findings, allowing us to review current state of the art and future prospects in this field. So, don’t hesitate to come and get involved, send in your abstract and register for what promises to be a fantastic conference!
