MSC Galway, July 2-3, 2012
Thank you for registering for the above conference and I would now like to take this opportunity to confirm some arrangements.  Please ensure that you read the following information and also check the website for updates.

Conference Registration:
Registration will take place in the Bailey Allen Hall, Áras na MacLéinn Building, NUI Galway on Monday July 2nd from 08.00 to 09.00.  The desk will be open throughout the conference so don’t worry if you’re late!

Please keep to your allotted time. Session chairs have been asked to ensure that speakers keep to time.  Conference venue will have a data projector and laptop.  Please email your presentation in advance if possible to, alternatively please bring your presentation on a USB key.

There will be a speaker ready room available at the conference.

Poster Presentations:
Posters should be A0 Portrait in size.  All posters will be displayed in the Bailey Allen Hall and should be hung before 08.30 on Monday July 2nd.  The Bailey Allen Hall will also be open on Sunday July 1st between 16.00 and 18.00.

Parking on Campus:
Parking on campus is limited and it is recommended to take a taxi to the venue if possible.  If you are driving to the conference, please refer to the website for a parking permit and note instruction on parking restrictions.   Clamping is in operation on campus so please ensure you park only in the designated car park displaying your permit or you will be clamped!

Included in your fee:
Tea/coffee & lunch for both days are included in your fee.   The Conference Dinner (optional extra) on Monday evening July 2nd will take place in the Aula Maxima, Quadrangle Building, NUI Galway. 

Volvo Ocean Race Final Stopover:
The final stop over for the Volvo ocean race will take place in Galway from June 30th to July 8th and there is a fantastic programme lined up, please see for information and be sure to visit the Global Village during your stay in Galway.
