Delegates must pay online by visa/MasterCard credit/debit cards.

 

Conditions of Registration:

 

o   A confirmation email will be issued to the email address provided when you have confirmed your registration. This will detail your booking and confirm the amount charged to your card.

o   Delegates are expected to insure themselves against theft, loss, accidents and damage or medical expenses that may arise. The organising committee does not accept responsibility for any of the above.

 

Cancellation Policy:

 

Provided a written cancellation is received before June 1st, 2016, the full payment minus 20% for bank charges and handling will be refunded. The cancellation policy applies to all reservations made. Please submit cancellation in writing to the Conference secretariat.  Please note all refunds will be issued after the conference.

 

ELECTRICITY

Mains electricity is supplied at 220-240 volts. The plugs and sockets are different from continental Europe, USA etc. and are based on the three-pronged formation - the same as those used in the United Kingdom. If your appliances operate on a different current (such as those from North America) you will need a power converter and plug adapter.
