Venue Location: Aras Moyola - The Conference takes place in Aras Moyola, which is located at the north end of NUI Galway campus, off the Upper Newcastle / Moycullen Road (N59). Please click here to download a map of the NUI Galway campus with Aras Moyola indicated.


Parking on Campus: Parking permits have been arranged to facilitate access to the NUI Galway Park & Ride Car Park adjacent to Corrib Village. Please click here to download a parking permit. These permits are available to registered delegates only and must be displayed at all times. Please note that this permit does not permit you to park in the pay and display areas. All illegally parked vehicles, including cars not displaying a permit, will be clamped.


Please download and print your parking permit and bring it with you on the day of the conference.


A shuttle bus operates between the car park and the campus (see here for bus timetable).


Directions to Park and Ride Car Park: The Park and Ride Car Park is accessed off the Upper Newcastle / Moycullen Road (N59) via the entrance to Corrib Village (see HERE for map). Turn off the Upper Newcastle Road at the entrance to Corrib Village. After leaving Newcastle Road, stay left and follow the road to the left towards the Car Park. There is a bus stop and shelter in the Car Park. For those who may like to walk from the Car Park to Aras Moyola, it is a 10 minute walk through Corrib Village student residence.
