Please read the following guidelines carefully before submitting your abstract:
- Abstracts can only be submitted online via the conference abstract submission page on our website; submissions by fax, post or email will not be considered.
- It is the author's responsibility to submit a correct abstract. Any errors in spelling, grammar or scientific fact in the abstract text will be reproduced as typed by the author. Abstract titles will be subject to a spell check if the abstract is selected for presentation
- There is no limit to the number of abstracts an author or group of authors may submit. Submitted abstracts must be no longer than 2,200 characters and written in English. Authors must indicate the type of presentation for which they would like their abstract(s) considered (i.e., oral presentation only, poster presentation only, oral or poster presentation).
Deadline for abstract submission is 2nd August 2013.

The format for abstract submission will be :
Title: limit of 30 words
Authors: (underline presenting author)
Abstract content: (no more than 350 words)
Supporting images if applicable
Review, Acceptance and Notification
All abstracts will be reviewed by an Conference Organisation Committee. Receipt of abstract submission will be acknowledged via email. E-mail notification of acceptance or rejection will be sent to the submitting author in late July. Submission of abstracts constitutes the authors’ consent to have the abstracts published in the official conference proceedings. Abstracts may be edited for publication.
Oral Presentation - 15 minutes
A master computer will be provided or you may also bring your own laptop. The preferred presentation medium is PowerPoint.
