Thank you for registering for the above conference and I would now like to take this opportunity to confirm some arrangements. Please ensure that you read the following information and also check the website for updates prior to arrival.
Registration will take place in the Bailey Allen Hall, located in the Áras na MacLéinn Building (click here for map) NUI Galway on Monday August 19th from 10.00 to 14.00. Please note the desk will be open throughout the conference so don’t worry if you’re late!
Please note for delegates that booked accommodation at Corrib Village through the conference website, a separate email was issued earlier today.
A copy of the final programme will be available on the website.
Attention all Oral Presenters:
Please keep to your allotted time. Session chairs please ensure that speakers keep to time. Venue will have a data projector, dvd projector, computer or laptop connection. You can send your presentation in advance if you wish or bring on a USB.
Attention all Poster Presenters:
Posters will hang in Section C of Bailey Allen Hall when you arrive and will remain on display for the duration of the conference. Posters should be A0 Portrait and please click here for information on having your poster printed on site and adding your poster to youtube.
Parking on Campus:
It is recommended you take a taxi to campus if possible. If you are driving to the conference, please refer to the website for a parking permit and note instruction on parking restrictions. Please ensure you park only in designated car park displaying your permit or you will be clamped! Parking is also available at Corrib Village where no permit is required.

Included in your fee:
Tea/coffee & lunches for 5 days, welcome reception, poster receptions and conference materials are included in your fee. For delegates that booked conference dinner, you will be issued a ticket at registration. It is possible to purchase a ticket at registration if you wish.
This year, the Yellow Submarine will be in the format of the ‘EMBS Irish Mini Olympic Gaelic Games Tournament’ and we hope you will all sign up to join in!
