Collaborative Management of Multi-system Diseases Conference, 14-15 June, 2014
General Information

Conference Venue:
The conference will be held in the Orbsen & IT Buildings, National University of Ireland, Galway.  Click here for campus map.  Driving access is through Newcastle Road entrance and parking is available outside the Orbsen building.  There are no restrictions to parking at weekend.

Conference Dates: 
The conference will open at 09.00 on Saturday June 14th and finish at 13.00 on June 15, 2014.  Registration will take place from 08.00 to 09.00 on 14th in Orbsen building - see map.

Payments:
Delegates must pay online by credit card.  Visa, Mastercard and laser are the only cards accepted.

Conditions Of Registration:
Delegates are expected to insure themselves against theft, loss, accidents and damage or medical expenses that may arise.  The organising committee does not accept responsibility for any of the above.  A confirmation email will be issued to the email address you input when you have confirmed your registration.  This will detail your booking and confirm the price to be deducted from your card.

Cancellation Policy:
Provided a written cancellation is received before May 1st, 2014, the full payment minus 20% for bank charges and handling will be refunded.  No refunds will be given after that date.  The cancellation policy applies to all reservations made.  No telephone cancellations will be accepted.  Submit cancellation in writing to the Conference secretariat.
