Conditions Of Registration:
Delegates are expected to insure themselves against theft, loss, accidents and damage or medical expenses that may arise. The organising committee does not accept responsibility for any of the above. A confirmation email will be issued to the email address you input when you have confirmed your registration. This will detail your booking and confirm the amount charged to your card.

Cancellation Policy:
Provided a written cancellation is received before June 12th, 2015, the full payment minus 20% for bank charges and handling will be refunded. No refunds will be given after that date. The cancellation policy applies to all reservations made. No telephone cancellations will be accepted. Submit cancellation in writing to the Conference secretariat.

Posters will be displayed in the foyer of the Arts Millenium Building. The poster sessions are
scheduled for Wednesday 17 June, 5.00 6.30 pm and Thursday 18 June, 5.00 6.30 pm. Posters in themes Host Microbe & Health from the Environment will be scheduled on Wednesday and from themes Pathogen-Device, Microbiology for Engineering & the Bioeconomy, Ecosystems
Microbiology on Thursday. Please see below for poster date. Posters for Wednesday should be
mounted on Wednesday morning and removed after the poster session. Posters for Thursday
should be mounted on Thursday morning and removed after the session. Presenting authors are
requested to be present at their poster during the poster sessions.
