The conference will open with an Icebreaker on Sunday May 14th with Plenary and Parallel sessions from Monday morning until a closing gala Dinner on Thursday Evening. A series of associated conference workshops will be held on Friday / Saturday.
Delegates must pay online by debit or credit card. Visa, Mastercard are the only cards accepted.
Conditions Of Registration:
Delegates are expected to insure themselves against theft, loss, accidents and damage or medical expenses that may arise. The organising committee does not accept responsibility for any of the above. A confirmation email will be issued to the email address you input when you have confirmed your registration. This will detail your booking and confirm the price to be deducted from your card.
Provided a written cancellation is received before April 14th, 2017, the full payment minus 20% for bank charges and handling will be refunded. No refunds will be given after that date. The cancellation policy applies to all reservations made. No telephone cancellations will be accepted. Submit cancellation in writing to the Conference secretariat.
