Due to the size of Congress we strongly recommend that you plan which sessions you wish to attend in advance of arrival to Galway and download abstracts connected to the sessions.

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION
Conference registration will take place on Wednesday 15th June 2016 from 17.00-20.00 in Áras na Mac Léinn Building. Please click HERE 
for campus map.  Registration desk will be open each day in Áras na MacLéinn from 08.30 to 10.30 and in the Arts Science Building from 10.30 to 17.00.

ACCOMMODATION
Delegates who booked student accommodation via our registrations page will be contacted separately with information. If you have arranged your own accommodation in hotel or B&B etc. we recommend that you contact relevant accommodation provider to ensure all is confirmed.

ORAL PRESENTERS:
IMPORTANT:   All Oral, Symposia, and Workshop presenters must upload their final presentation in EXORDO by the extended deadline date of Monday 13th June.

POSTER PRESENTERS:
Please see HERE for soft copy of abstract book where your poster has been allocated a poster number.  For example, if you are listed as PS1.01 in the abstract book you will be allocated poster board number 1 during Poster Session 1. If  you are listed as PS2.65 in the abstract book you will be allocated poster board number 65 during Poster Session 2 etc.

Poster sessions will take place as follows;

·           Poster Session 1 – Thursday, June 16th, 2016

·           Poster Session 2 – Friday, June 17th, 2016

·           Poster Session 3 – Saturday June 18th, 2016

·          Access to all plenary and parallel sessions.

·          Wednesday 15th June: Welcome Reception.

·          Thursday 16th June: morning coffee, lunch, afternoon refreshments

·          Friday 17th June: morning coffee, lunch, afternoon refreshments, drinks reception

·           Saturday 18th June: morning coffee, lunch, afternoon refreshments, Irish pub night - light refreshments served.

·           Sunday 19th June: morning coffee and packed lunch

GALA DINNER
Gala dinner will take place at 20.00 sharp on Thursday 16th June in the Radisson Blu Hotel, Lough Atalia Rd, Galway. Only delegates who have pre-purchased tickets will be permitted access to conference gala.

PARKING ON CAMPUS
It is recommended you take a taxi to campus if possible as clamping is in operation on campus.  Permits have been organised for congress delegates in the P&R carpark indicated as number 18 on the Campus Map
. Please click HERE to download and print parking permit which must be displayed on your car. Entrance to the P&R car park is via Corrib Village Entrance, Upper Newcastle Road, Galway. Please ensure to park in white lined spaces only. Please display your permit at all times or your car will be clamped.

A shuttle bus will be in operation from the P&R carpark (18) to conference venue. This shuttle will operate every 15 minutes as follows:

        Thursday June 16th  - 07.30-09.30 and  17.00-19.00

        Friday June 17th - 07.30-09.30 and 18.30-20.30

Please note you may park on the main campus without a permit after 17.30 and on Saturday/Sunday.
