General Information

Conference Venue
The Conference will be held at NUI Galway, located in the west of Ireland.   The venue will be the Arts Millennium Building with welcome reception on Sunday evening taking place in the Quadrangle Building.  See programme for times.

The closing date for early registration is March 31, 2007 and the final date for registration is June 22, 2007.  Registration fee includes all conference sessions, tea/coffee breaks, lunches, conference dinner, conference tour and abstracts publication.

Delegates must pay by credit card - Visa or Mastercard. 

Conditions of registration:
Delegates are expected to insure themselves against theft, loss, accidents and damage or medical expenses that may arise.  The organising committee does not accept responsibility for any of the above.

Cancellation policy:
Provided a written cancellation is received before 15th May, the full payment minus 20% for bank charges and handling will be refunded.  No refunds will be given after that date.  The cancellation policy applies to all reservations made.  No telephone cancellations will be accepted.  Submit cancellation in writing to the Conference secretariat.
