The conference will officialy open at 17.00 on Wednesday July 19 and run until Saturday afternoon.
Delegates must pay online by debit or credit card. Visa, Mastercard and laser are the only cards accepted.
Conditions Of Registration:
Delegates are expected to insure themselves against theft, loss, accidents and damage or medical expenses that may arise. The organising committee does not accept responsibility for any of the above. A confirmation email will be issued to the email address you input when you have confirmed your registration. This will detail your booking and confirm the price to be deducted from your card.
Provided a written cancellation is received before May, 2017, the full payment minus 20% for bank charges and handling will be refunded. No refunds will be given after that date. The cancellation policy applies to all reservations made. No telephone cancellations will be accepted. Submit cancellation in writing to the Conference secretariat.
For accommodation cancellations, please refer to each provider for cancellation policy. For student accommodation, one night accommodation will be deducted for cancellations. No refunds will be given if cancelled 14 nights prior to conference.
