On the Day Registration:  Delegates who wish to register at the conference must pay €600, please note there is no daily registration fee.

All participants, including plenary speakers, minisymposia conveners and session chairs, must register and pay a registration fee. Please complete the registration form electronically at www.conference.ie . The registration fee and other associated costs, if included, will be charged in Euro and the amount charged to your account will be based upon your bank’s exchange rate at the time of processing.

The organizers will provide a grant support for a limited number of student participants. Interested participants should submit a written request for support with their abstract to the Conference Secretariat.

To be entitled to the student registration rate, students must send a written statement issued by the Head of an Official Organization, certifying his/her condition as a full-time student.  This can be emailed to the secretariat or faxed to +353 91 494512.

Remember the registration deadline: 1st of March, 2008.

Registration desk in Galway
The registration desk will be located in the hall near the main lecture theatre. Registration package, final program, book of abstracts name badges and tour tickets will be distributed at the registration desk. Opening registration will be held from 14:00 - 18.00 hrs on Sunday June 21st , 2008. The registration desk will be open from 8:00 to
13:00 hrs on Monday and Tuesday.

Cancellations and refunds
In the event of cancellation, participants are required to write to the Conference Secretariat, informing them of their inability to attend or any changes in enrolment. Refund of 75% of the fee will paid if the cancellation is received before 1 December 2007. Refund of 50% of registration fee will be paid if the cancellation is received before 1 April 2008. Refunds for cancellations received after 1st April  2008 will not be possible.

Registration fees are transferable provided a new registration form is completed and reaches the Conference Secretariat before 1st of April.

Accommodation
Refunds of 100% will be paid if the cancellation is received before 5th April 2008. A cancellation fee of one night’s accommodation will be charged if the cancellation is received before June 5th.
No refunds will be paid if the cancellation is received after June 5th 2008.

Refunds will be paid after the conference
