Delegates must pay by credit card Visa or Mastercard. A confirmation email will issue to you immediately when you register confirm details of what you have booked and the total amount you have authorised to be deducted from your card.
The conference dinner will take place on the evening of Thursday 28th August in the Radisson. SAS Hotel, Lough Atalia Road, Galway City. Cost of dinner is €50 and must be paid for during online registration here.
Conditions of registration
Delegates are expected to insure themselves against theft, loss, accidents and damage or medical expenses that may arise. The organising committee does not accept responsibility for any of the above.
Student Travel Grant
The Biochemical Society has offered travel grants of £50 to student members of the society who are attending the meeting. Grants are generally awarded those student members who have submitted a poster for the meeting. Please see click here for more details on how to apply for a grant. This meeting is designated as an Independent Meeting.
Provided a written cancellation is received before 31st of July, the full payment minus 20% for bank charges and handling will be refunded. No refunds will be given after that date. The cancellation policy applies to all reservations made. No telephone cancellations will be accepted. Submit cancellation in writing to the Conference organisers.
