Course Venue
Courses will be held at the National University of Ireland, Galway. Exact venue will be confirmed to students prior their arrival.

Payments
Students must pay on-line by credit card - Visa or Mastercard only. On completion of registration, you will receive a confirmation email stating the options selected and fee deducted from your card.

Conditions of Registration
Students are expected to insure themselves against theft, loss, accidents and damage or medical expenses that may arise.  The organising committee does not accept responsibility for any of the above.

Cancellation Policy
Provided a written cancellation is received six weeks prior arrival the full payment minus 20% for bank charges and handling will be refunded.  No refunds will be given after that date.  The cancellation policy applies to all reservations made.  No telephone cancellations will be accepted.  Please submit cancellation in writing to the English Language Centre.
