Final Details

Dear Colleague,

Thank you for registering for the above conference and I would now like to take this opportunity to confirm some arrangements.  Please ensure that you read the following information and also check the website for updates.


Conference Registration:

Registration will take place on the Concourse of the Arts/Science Building on Monday August 23rd from 10.45 to 12.45.  Please note the desk will be open throughout the conference so donít worry if youíre late! 


Please note for delegates that booked accommodation at Corrib Village through the conference website, a separate email will be issued to you regarding your accommodation.



A copy of the final programme is available on the website.



Please keep to your allotted time. Session chairs have been asked to ensure that speakers keep to time.  All venues will have a data projector, dvd projector, computer or laptop connection. 


Parking on Campus:

If you are driving to the conference, please refer to the website for a parking permit and note instruction on parking restrictions.   Please ensure you park only in designate car park displaying your permit or you will be clamped!  Parking is also available at Corrib Village where no permit is required.

Included in your fee:

Tea/coffee breaks each day & lunches for 3 days are included in your fee as well as a welcome reception on Monday evening.  For delegates that booked social outings including the Conference Dinner, tickets will be allocated at registration.
