Accommodation

Student Accommodation:
A number of rooms have been held at Corrib Village, the student residence on campus which is situated adjacent to where the conference will be held.  This accommodation can be booked with registration only, see below for further details on the accommodation.

Hotel Accommodation:  Allocation in the Westwood is now full.
Accommodation has also been reserved at the Westwood House Hotel, located close to the University.  Rates agreed are €85 per night, single B&B and €95 per night double B&B.  To book, please email resmanager@westwoodhousehotel.com, quoting reservation number 129450 before May 1st.

Corrib Village is the student residence on campus.  This is basic student accommodation.  All apartments have 4 bedrooms namely 2 doubles and 2 singles. One double and one single are en-suite with the remaining double and single sharing an inter-connecting bathroom. All bathrooms have shower, toilet and wash hand basin. All bedrooms have television and direct dial telephones. Each apartment has a living area with T.V and the kitchen includes a dishwasher.  Please note some delegates will be sharing a bathroom.

RECEPTION
Reception is open 24 hours daily. Check- in is after 4.00pm and checkout is before 10.00am, there is a late checkout charge for anyone who fails to checkout on time.
ON SITE FACILITIES
• Shop – open 7 days a week c .9.00am -  9.00pm
• Launderette – Open 7 days a week 7.00am to 11.00pm  - coin operated.

• Complimentary Shuttle Bus Service- the shuttle bus service operates from 12.00pm to 8.00pm daily. Every hour on the hour the bus goes into the Tourist Office and every half of the hour the bus returns from the Tourist Office to Corrib Village.
