Location:
The Conference take place in the Bailey Allen Hall, located on the Main University Campus, within Aras na Mac Lienn (the Students' Centre). The shuttle bus from the car park (details below) terminates at the Orbsen Building which is located 1 minute walk from the Bailey Allen Hall. Directional signs will be in place. Parking on Campus:

Please download and print your parking permit and bring with you on the day of the Conference PARKING PERMIT

Permits have been arranged to facilitate access to the NUI Galway Park & Ride Car Park adjacent to Corrib Village. These permits are available to registered delegates only and must be displayed at all times. A shuttle bus will be operating to transport delegates from the car park to the Orbsen bus stop, which is nearest to the Bailey Allen Hall (see below for the bus timetable). All illegally parked vehicles, including cars not displaying a permit, will be clamped.

PLEASE NOTE: You cannot use your parking permit to park in Pay and Display parking spaces.

Directions to Park and Ride Car Park:

The Car Park is accessed off the Upper Newcastle / Moycullen Road (N59) via the entrance to Corrib Village. Turn off the Upper Newcastle Road following the signs to Corrib Village. After leaving Newcastle Road, stay left and follow the road to the left towards the Car Park - MAP TO THE CAR PARK

 

There is a bus stop and shelter in the Car Park and the shuttle bus will be operating to/from the Orbsen bus stop approximately every 15 minutes.

For those who may like to walk from the Car Park to the Bailey Allen Hall, is it a 30 minute walk.
